Veal Parmigiana - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. butter, melted
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. onion salt
8 slices Mozzarella cheese
2 lb. veal cutlet or tenderized steak, cut in 8 pieces
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 tsp. sugar
1 c. crushed cornflakes or crackers
2 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation

Melt butter in 13 x 9-inch pan. Blend salt, pepper, crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
Dip meat in eggs and then in crumbs twice. Place meat in buttered pan.
Cook 20 minutes in 400\u00b0 oven; turn and bake 20 minutes on the other side.
