Noodles Alfredo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. wide egg noodles
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. cream
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. dried parsley
Preparation
    Cook noodles according to package directions.
    Drain well and return to the pan.
    Add remaining ingredients, tossing lightly to coat the noodles.
    Good with veal and poultry.
    Serves 4.
