Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 (1 lb.) can tomato bits
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    2 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
    1/3 c. dry red wine
    2 garlic cloves, pressed
    2 tsp. dried oregano
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. dried thyme
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Brown beef and onions in a large skillet.
    Drain fat.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Cover and simmer 20 to 30 minutes or until slightly thickened.
    Makes about 4 1/2 cups.
