Clara'S Nesselrode Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. unflavored gelatin
    1/4 c. cold water
    2 eggs, separated
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 c. cream
    6 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. rum
    1 (9-inch) baked pie shell
    whipped cream
    grated sweet chocolate
Preparation
    In a small bowl, soak the gelatin in the cold water for about 5 minutes.
    In a separate bowl, beat the egg yolks.
    Add 1/4 cup of sugar and cream.
