Squash Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 c. yellow squash
    1 large onion, diced
    2 c. crumbled corn bread
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 tsp. poultry seasoning
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook squash and onion in enough water for simmering (about 1 1/2 cups) until tender.
    Drain, reserving 1 cup liquid.
    Return 1 cup liquid to squash.
    Mix all ingredients.
    Place in 2-quart buttered casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until light golden brown.
    Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
