Western Style Stir-Fry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. oil
3/4 lb. sirloin, cut into thin strips
16 oz. pkg. Western style frozen veggies
1/2 c. prepared chili sauce
1 or 2 tsp. chili powder
Preparation

Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat.
Add beef; cook until no longer pink.
Add remaining ingredients; stir to combine. Cover; reduce heat.
Simmer 6 to 8 minutes or until veggies are crisp-tender.
Makes 4 servings.
