Tomato Aspic - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (3 oz.) boxes strawberry jello
2 1/2 c. tomato or V-8 juice
1 c. water
1 c. celery, finely chopped
1 tsp. grated onion or onion juice
2 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
Preparation

Heat juice and dissolve jello.
Add water and cool until slightly thickened.
Stir in celery, onion and horseradish.
Add sliced stuffed olives and shrimp if you like variation.
Pour into ring mold or individual molds.
