Chocolate Carmelita Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. oats (uncooked, regular or old-fashioned)
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
    3/4 c. Crisco, melted
    1 Tbsp. water
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
    1 (12.5 oz.) jar caramel ice cream topping
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
    Combine first seven ingredients; mix well.
    Reserve one cup; press remaining on bottom of prepared pan.
    Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until light brown; cool 10 minutes.
    Top with nuts and chocolate pieces.
