Molded Shrimp Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. unflavored gelatin
    1/2 c. cold water
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened and mashed
    1 c. finely chopped celery
    1 c. finely chopped green and red pepper
    12 oz. shrimp, chopped and chilled in ice water
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 Tbsp. horseradish
    1 Tbsp. capers, drained
    1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
    salt to taste
    1/2 head shredded lettuce (for garnish)
    lemon/lime slices (for decoration)
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in cold water.
    Bring tomato soup to a boil in saucepan.
    Add gelatin and allow to cool.
    When cool, add cream cheese.
    Stir in all other ingredients.
    Pour into an oiled 9 x 5-inch loaf pan; cover and chill for 2 to 4 hours or until set. To serve, unmold on large platter.
    Garnish with lettuce and lemon and lime slices.
