Grilled Red Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 garlic cloves
    1/2 c. olive oil
    8 to 12 red potatoes
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Slice garlic cloves.
    Mix with olive oil.
    Set aside for at least 4 hours.
    Wash potatoes.
    Cut into quarters.
    Place into microwavesafe covered dish.
    Add water.
    Cook 10 to 15 minutes on High in microwave or until tender.
    Drain water.
    Place on grill; brush with olive oil mix.
    Turn occasionally until slightly crisp. Serve immediately.
