Stuffed Mushrooms(First Course For Two) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 to 3/4 c. stale whole wheat bread crumbs (about 1 slice, whirred in a blender or food processor until fine)*
    1/2 large or 1 small stalk celery, diced fine
    1/2 small tomato, chopped
    1/2 small onion, diced fine
    8 to 10 large button mushrooms, centers and stems removed with a spoon
    1/4 c. crabmeat (fresh or imitation), chopped
    1/2 tsp. marjoram
    black pepper and hot red pepper flakes to taste
    3 Tbsp. canned white kidney beans or chickpeas
Preparation
    *Use light variety bread.
