Chicken And Wild Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chicken breasts
    1 box Uncle Ben's long grain wild rice (fast cook)
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 stick margarine or butter
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1 jar sliced mushrooms
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Boil and debone chicken to bite-size pieces.
    Set aside. Prepare rice as directed.
    Set aside.
    Saute onion in butter or margarine until soft; blend in flour, soup and milk and add mushrooms.
