Lemon Sponge Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) pastry
    3 Tbsp. softened butter
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    4 eggs, separated
    3 Tbsp. flour
    dash of salt
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1/3 c. lemon juice
Preparation
    In mixer, cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
    Beat in egg yolks, flour, salt, milk and lemon juice.
    In bowl, beat egg whites until fluffy, then add to mixture.
    Bake 15 minutes at 375\u00b0 then 45 minutes at 300\u00b0 until lightly golden.
