Italian Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 Tbsp. olive oil
2 (1 lb. 13 oz.) cans tomato puree
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
1/4 c. snipped parsley
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 tsp. dried thyme
1 bay leaf
2 sprigs smack fresh basil
Preparation

In large pot, combine onion, garlic and olive oil.
Saute, but don't brown.
Add remaining ingredients.
Simmer 3 hours.
Add meatballs the last hour.
Serve with freshly grated Italian cheese.
