Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans beef consomm
    1/2 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. raw rice
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1 can mushrooms
    1/4 stick butter
    2 stalks celery, chopped
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a 2-quart casserole dish. Bake 1 hour, covered, at 350\u00b0. Check to see if rice is cooked.
