Boot Scootin' Spinach - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. frozen leaf spinach
1 jar medium Pace salsa
crumbled Feta cheese to taste
1 c. half and half
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation

Precook spinach as directed on package.
Drain; then add butter.
Add half and half and salsa.
Cook until bubbling hot in a large frying pan.
Add half and half as needed for consistency. Add crumbled Feta cheese.
Let cook down to desired consistency (not too soupy).
You may add a touch of garlic, if desired.
