Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 cup uncooked rice
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 1/2 cup water
8 chicken breasts
1/4 lb. butter
Preparation

Combine rice, soup mix, chicken soup and water. Pour into a 9 x 13 baking dish. Place chicken on top of rice mixture. Melt butter and drizzle over chicken. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until tender. If using glass pan, bake at 325\u00b0.
