Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb.) chicken, cut up
    3 hard-boiled eggs, diced
    1/3 c. sweet pickles, diced
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. salad dressing
    1/4 tsp. celery seed
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Simmer chicken 40 to 45 minutes or until tender.
    Cool; remove chicken from bones and dice.
    Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Refrigerate until well chilled.
    Makes 8 servings.
