Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef or ground turkey
1 large onion, chopped
1 large green pepper, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can stewed tomatoes with green chiles
1 1/2 cans milk
garlic powder
salt
1 Tbsp. chili powder
18 to 20 corn tortillas
cheese, grated
Preparation

Brown and drain ground meat, onion and pepper.
Then add soups, tomatoes and milk.
Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt and chili powder.
Cut the corn tortillas into bite size pieces.
Add to mixture and mix well.
Pour into 2 or more baking dishes; top with grated cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until bubbly.
