Buttermilk Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. buttermilk (room temperature)
    1 c. Crisco
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. plain flour, sifted
    3 large eggs (room temperature)
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. lemon flavoring
Preparation
    Cream sugar and Crisco. Add milk and flour alternately. Add soda; mix well. Add eggs (one at a time). Add flavoring. Grease and flour tube pan. Bake 1 hour in 350\u00b0 oven (in a cold oven).
