Ground Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 c. flour
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    3 c. chow mein noodles or rice
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, undrained
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 small container sour cream
Preparation
    Combine
    ground
    beef,
    onion,
    garlic and pepper; cook until meat
    loses
    its
    redness.
    Stir in soup, mushrooms and salt; stir
    well and cook until bubbling.
    Stir in sour cream and heat. Serve over noodles or rice.
