Garlic Toast For Pasta Dishes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

English muffins, halved
butter or margarine
Parmesan cheese
garlic salt
oregano (dried)

Preparation

Spread English muffins with butter or margarine.
Sprinkle with garlic salt.
Top generously with Parmesan cheese and sprinkle on some dried oregano.
Place under broiler flame until browned.
These can also be cut into fours before being put under broiler and served as party tidbits.
