Chicken Mandalay - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken cutlets (in chunks or strips)
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    4 Tbsp. oil
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 can consomme (10 3/4 oz.)
    1 jar junior size baby apricots or peaches
Preparation
    Shake first 3 ingredients in bag with chicken until coated. Saute in oil until golden brown.
    Mix remaining ingredients in bowl and add to chicken.
    Simmer until chicken is cooked.
    Serve with rice.
