Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 lb. round steak
    1/2 c. onions, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 can tomatoes or 1 can tomato soup and 1/3 c. water
Preparation
    Combine flour, salt and pepper and pound into steak.
    In large skillet, brown steak in hot oil on both sides.
    Add chopped vegetables, tomatoes or soup mixture.
    Cover and cook over low heat for 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
    Serve over mashed potatoes or rice or egg noodles.
