Hot Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cabbage head
    1 lettuce head
    1 bottle ketchup (medium)
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    1 c. vinegar
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cayenne (to taste)
    1 tomato (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and let set overnight.
    Will keep for up to 10 days.
    Also the longer it sits the hotter it will be. Excellent with pinto beans and cornbread.
