Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cut in pieces
    1 stick butter
    1 large bag potato chips, crushed
    salt and pepper
    flour
Preparation
    Shake chicken in bag with flour, salt and pepper.
    Melt butter and dip floured chicken pieces into butter.
    Roll chicken in potato chips.
    Place in foil-lined pan; cover with foil.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour.
    Just before removing from oven, remove foil and brown.
