Salmon Pickle Loaf(Diabetic Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can salmon
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup
    1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/2 c. dill pickles, chopped
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Combine ingredients.
    Pack into greased loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Let stand 10 minutes before unmolding. Servings: 8.
    Calories: 1 serving, 221.
    Exchange per serving: 1 bread, 2 1/2 low-fat meat.
