Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. chuck roast
    1 pkg. brown gravy mix
    1 can large cut vegetable mix (Veg-All)
    1 large onion
Preparation
    Put roast in roasting pan.
    Cover with water.
    Add brown gravy mix; stir until dissolved.
    Add whole onion.
    Bake in oven for 3 hours at 350\u00b0.
    Remove from oven.
    Add vegetables; bake 45 minutes to 1 hour more.
