Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 1/2 c. cake flour
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 oz. red food coloring
Preparation
    Beat egg.
    Add sugar, and then Wesson oil and vinegar.
    Sift flour and soda together.
    Add to mixture.
    Add buttermilk slowly. Add vanilla and cake coloring.
    Bake in 3 greased and floured 9 inch pans for 30 minutes at 350.
