Peaches & Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lg. can peaches, strained (reserve juice)
    3/4 c. flour
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. and 1 Tbsp. sugar (divided into 1/2 c. measurements)
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 egg
    1 small cook and serve vanilla pudding mix
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    3 Tbsp. peach juice
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    In bowl, combine flour, milk, 1/2 c. sugar, baking powder, vanilla, egg, and cook and serve pudding together.
    Mix well and pour into a 10-inch deep dish pie pan or 8x8-inch square sprayed with non-stick spray.
    Place peaches over the batter.
    In a small bowl, beat well: cream cheese, peach juice, and 1/2 c. sugar. Drop by large spoonfuls over the peaches as evenly as possible. Spread out over the peaches as evenly as possible, keeping at least 1 inch from the sides.
    In small bowl mix together 1 Tbsp. sugar and cinnamon.
    Sprinkle over the top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35-40 minutes.
