Broccoli-And-Chicken Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. water
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
    1/2 c. milk
    1/8 tsp. red pepper
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Bring water to a boil in a large saucepan.
    Add broccoli. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes, or until broccoli is tender.
    Stir in soup and milk.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thoroughly heated.
    Stir in pepper.
    Pour into serving bowls.
    Top each serving with 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese.
    Yields 1 quart.
