Kugali - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. peeled potatoes
1 large onion
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp. Accent
1/2 lb. bacon
1/2 can evaporated milk
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Fry bacon until it starts to brown.
Add chopped onion.
Fry until onion browns; set aside.
Do not drain grease.
Add this to potato mixture.
Grate potatoes into cold water.
Stir well. Drain.
Add eggs, milk, salt, pepper and Accent.
Stir well.
Add bacon and onion.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
