Taco Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 small can sliced olives
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 pkg. 12 taco shells, broken in half
Preparation
    Brown ground beef, onion and garlic; drain off fat and add tomato sauce, water, olives, flour, vinegar and chili powder. Simmer for 10 minutes.
