Corn Fritters(From 1975 Edition) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can crushed corn
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. sugar
    3/4 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks; add to corn, then add salt, sugar and flour. Add butter.
    Beat egg whites until stiff and add last.
    Fry on hot griddle.
    When golden brown, turn over on other side.
