Beef Stroganoff - Quick And Easy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef
    1 Tbsp. hot shortening
    chopped onion to taste
    chopped garlic to taste
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 (3 oz.) can undrained mushroom pieces
    2 Tbsp. ketchup
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    8 oz. sour cream
Preparation
    Cut beef in 1-inch strips.
    Brown in hot shortening.
    Add chopped onion and garlic.
    Lightly season beef.
    Stir in soup and mushroom pieces.
    Add ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and sour cream. Heat, but do not boil.
    Serve over noodles.
