Roast Chicken And Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 cloves garlic, chopped
    1/2 stick butter
    chicken bouillon
    chicken pieces
    1 large can tomato sauce
    water
    potatoes, peeled and cut in half
Preparation
    Mix tomato sauce in small amount of water in a bowl.
    Coat potatoes with sauce and place in roaster.
    Sprinkle garlic, bouillon and dabs of butter on top of potatoes.
    Do the same with chicken.
    Cover chicken with remaining sauce.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours, covered, at 350\u00b0.
