Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    3 c. grated carrots, packed loosely
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Mix and sift dry ingredients in large bowl.
    Add oil and blend.
    Add eggs and beat well.
    Add grated carrots; stir and beat well.
    Bake in two 9-inch round cake pans at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
