Chicken Supreme - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breasts
1 small stock celery, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
salt (to taste)
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup or cream of mushroom soup
1 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix or Stove Top dressing for chicken
chicken broth
Preparation

Cook chicken in water with celery, onion and salt until chicken is tender.
Remove chicken from bone and line 13 x 9-inch pan with chunks of chicken.
Mix together both soups and milk and pour over chicken.
Next, mix the stuffing with enough chicken broth to moisten, then spread over top of soup and chicken.
Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Serves 8.
