Corned Beef Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium size potatoes, boiled, peeled and diced (or use leftover boiled potatoes)
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1 (12 oz.) can corned beef
    1 onion, chopped fine
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and pour into a greased casserole dish.
    Mixture will be sloppy.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until firm and crusty.
    Serves 4.
