Scallop Kabobs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. scallops
    1 (4 oz.) can button mushrooms, drained
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    12 bacon slices
    1 (13 1/2 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
    melted butter
    green pepper chunks, drained
Preparation
    Set oven control at broil and/or 550\u00b0.
    Broil kabobs 3 inches from heat 5 to 8 minutes, turning once and basting with butter.
