Football Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. stewing beef
    6 carrots
    3 stalks celery
    3 potatoes, cut into bite size pieces
    2 onions, sliced
    1 box frozen peas and other vegetables
    1 1/2 c. tomato sauce
    1/2 c. water
    3 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
    salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and pour into casserole dish.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for about 6 hours.
    Yields 4 servings.
