Ham And Swiss Pinwheels - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tsp. flour
1 (1 lb.) loaf frozen white bread dough, thawed
3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp. honey
2 c. shredded reduced-fat Swiss cheese
8 (1 oz.) slices lean, cooked turkey ham
vegetable cooking spray
Preparation

Sprinkle flour over work surface.
Turn dough out onto floured surface and roll into a 12-inch square.
Combine mustard and honey in small bowl and brush over dough.
Sprinkle evenly with cheese. Top with ham slices.
Roll up jelly roll fashion, pinching seam to seal (don't seal ends).
Cut roll into 16 slices.
Place slices, cut side down, on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
Cover and let rise in a warm place (85\u00b0) for 45 minutes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 18 minutes, or until golden.
Serve immediately.
