Orange Mushroom Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. torn iceberg lettuce
    3 seedless oranges, peeled and sliced
    8 oz. country stand fresh mushrooms, cleaned and thickly sliced
    1/2 c. thinly sliced red onion rings
    1/2 c. French dressing
    1/4 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation
    Toss lettuce, orange slices, mushrooms and onions with dressing until well coated.
    Serve on lettuce leaves.
    Top with raisins, if desired.
