Corn-Crisped Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. corn flake crumbs
    1 tsp. salt
    4 to 6 lean pork chops (1/2-inch thick)
    1/2 c. evaporated milk (fresh milk won't work)
    1 tsp. Accent
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine corn flake crumbs, Accent, salt and pepper.
    Dip chops in evaporated milk, then roll them in crumb mixture.
    Place in shallow baking pan, greased and lined with aluminum foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 45 minutes or until meat is tender when pierced with a fork.
