Bruschetta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped ripe tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 thick slices Italian bread
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients in a small bowl.
    Let stand so tomatoes release their juices.
    Brush both sides of bread with olive oil.
    Broil 4 to 5 inches from heat source on both sides until lightly browned.
    Place bread on serving plates and spoon topping over slices.
    Serve immediately.
