Walnut Cheese Patties - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs (or Egg Beaters)
1 onion, chopped
2 c. grated cheese
1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
1 c. bread crumbs or corn flakes crumbs
1/3 to 1/2 c. milk
dash of sage (optional)
Preparation

Mix together and form into patties.
Fry in small amount of oil (not too hot of pan) until golden brown.
Cover with mushroom or onion gravy.
Also can be used with tomato sauce.
These patties can be made up ahead and frozen until ready to use.
