Chicken Breasts In Sour Cream - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. flour
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 c. white wine or sherry
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic salt
4 chicken breasts
Preparation

Mix flour and sour cream.
Add cream of mushroom soup and white wine.
Mix in pepper and garlic salt.
Place chicken breasts into baking dish.
Add mixture onto top.
Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 90 minutes.
If desired, you can then turn onto broil until top is slightly brown.
Served with brown rice is good.
