Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    4 slices bread, cubed
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
Preparation
    Beat eggs and milk together.
    Combine dry mustard, salt and pepper.
    Add to egg and milk mixture.
    Line bottom of a 13 x 9-inch dish with bread.
    Cover with sausage.
    Pour egg mixture over sausage.
    Top with grated cheese.
    Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Can freeze up to 6 weeks.
