French Apple Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pie crust (top and bottom)
    apples (to fill crust)
    3/4 c. sugar and cinnamon
    1 egg
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 oz. cream cheese
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Put crust in pie pan and fill with apples.
    Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
    Mix egg, sugar, lemon juice, cream cheese and sour cream.
    Mix until smooth.
    Pour over sugar and cinnamon apples. Put crust on top and bake in a 425\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
