Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. potatoes, diced
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. carrots, diced
    1/2 c. celery, diced
    1/4 c. onion, diced
    1 tsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 1/2 to 1 3/4 c. milk, mixed with 2 Tbsp. flour
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
Preparation
    Cook first 8 ingredients until tender.
    Add milk mixed with flour.
    Add chicken bouillon cube.
    Last, add cubed Velveeta cheese.
    Stir until cheese is melted.
